This policy explains what information AVVII collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. AVVII ("we") operates avvii.com and the AVVII application.
Information we collect
- Account & contact information — name, email, and details you provide when you join the waitlist or create an account.
- Health information — intake responses, medical history, goals, lab results, and data from connected wearables (e.g., sleep, HRV, activity) that you choose to share so a clinician can evaluate and monitor your care.
- Usage information — how you interact with our site and app, and device/technical data collected through standard logs and cookies.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and improve the service, coordinate your care with the licensed clinicians and pharmacies who serve you, communicate with you, and meet legal and safety obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Health information & HIPAA
AVVII handles health information in a HIPAA-aligned manner — encrypted, access-controlled, and audited. The licensed physicians and pharmacies who provide your clinical care are the covered entities responsible for your protected health information, and AVVII acts as their technology partner (including as a business associate where applicable). Your clinical records are maintained by those providers in accordance with law.
How we share information
- With your care team — the licensed physicians and pharmacies providing your evaluation, prescriptions and fulfillment.
- With service providers — vendors who help us operate (e.g., hosting, communications) under confidentiality obligations.
- For legal reasons — when required by law or to protect safety and rights.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or similar event, subject to this policy.
Data security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you as required if an incident occurs.
Your choices and rights
You can access, update, export or delete your account information, disconnect wearables, and opt out of marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA; contact us to exercise them.

We use essential cookies to run the site and limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Children
AVVII is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy; we will post the new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
