Telehealth notice

AVVII coordinates telehealth-based longevity care provided by independent licensed clinicians. This notice explains what that means.

What telehealth is

Telehealth uses secure electronic communications to deliver clinical evaluation, prescribing and follow-up care without an in-person visit. Through AVVII, a licensed physician reviews the information you provide — intake, history, labs and wearable data — and, when clinically appropriate, prescribes and monitors a protocol.

Benefits and limitations

Telehealth can expand access and convenience, but it has limitations. A remote evaluation may not be equivalent to an in-person examination, and not every condition or person is appropriate for telehealth care. Your clinician may determine that in-person care, additional testing, or a referral is needed, and may decline to prescribe if it is not clinically appropriate. There is no guarantee that any particular medication or protocol will be offered.

Who provides your care

AVVII is a health-technology company — not a medical provider or pharmacy. Clinical services are provided by independent licensed physicians, and medications are compounded and dispensed by licensed U.S. 503A/503B compounding pharmacies. These clinicians and pharmacies are solely responsible for the care and products they provide. AVVII does not practice medicine or provide medical advice.

Prescriptions and compounding

Any prescription is issued only after clinical review by a licensed prescriber. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved products; compounded drugs are permitted under applicable law for patient-specific prescriptions. Individual results vary, and no specific outcome is promised.
