Terms of Service

Last updated: July 6, 2026

These Terms govern your use of AVVII's website and application. By using AVVII, you agree to them.

What AVVII is — and isn't

AVVII is a health-technology platform. It is not a medical provider, laboratory or pharmacy, and it does not practice medicine or provide medical advice. AVVII coordinates technology that connects you with independent licensed physicians and licensed 503A/503B compounding pharmacies, who are solely responsible for the clinical care and products they provide.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use AVVII.

No medical advice; no provider relationship with AVVII

Content provided through AVVII is for informational and coordination purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Using AVVII does not create a physician-patient relationship with AVVII itself; that relationship, where it exists, is with the licensed clinician who evaluates and treats you.

Prescriptions and clinical services

Any prescription is issued only after evaluation by a licensed prescriber, at their independent clinical discretion. There is no guarantee that any medication or protocol will be prescribed. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies and are not FDA-approved products. Individual results vary; no specific outcome is promised.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account. Provide complete and truthful health information — clinical decisions depend on it.

Payments and cancellation

Fees for membership, clinical services and medications are disclosed before you are charged. Membership is month-to-month and you may cancel at any time; charges already incurred (including for medications dispensed) are non-refundable except as required by law or your care provider's policies.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, and no sharing of another person's information without authorization.

Intellectual property

AVVII and its content are owned by AVVII or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service; all other rights are reserved.

Third-party services

The service integrates with third parties (e.g., wearables, labs, pharmacies, payment processors). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVVII will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for the clinical decisions of independent providers.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AVVII against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

Dispute resolution & governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved as set out here [dispute-resolution / arbitration terms to be finalized by counsel].

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
